This is a very crunchy side dish. A salad or koshimber as called in Marathi or Pachadi as called in kannada, it is very nutritious and healthy. I just tried this myself once and loved it very much. Everyone loved it too. I know you will love this salad too.

It's green tomato season - here's something other than chutney that you can do with them. Sounds delish!
